1. The Inn Clachaig

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful and picturesque valley of Glencoe ... considered one of the most spectacular areas of Scotland , this pub is almost as famous as the hills that surround it. A paradise for travelers, hikers and locals alike for over 300 years.

There are no roads leading to the Knoydart peninsula. You can choose to walk for about 18 miles through the mountains or take a ferry or boat from Mallaig (8 miles) ... whatever the route chosen ... When you arrive at The Old Forge, you will understand immediately that it was worth it.

... the beauty of the land and sea, peace, serenity ... unforgettable!

The fish dishes are excellent, try the delicious seafood, scallops (scallops) , freshly caught ... to be enjoyed with good wine and beer.

... or shellfish and other seafood specialties, along with organic vegetable side dishes ... but of course, meat ...
