The project involved the creation of a self-service restaurant and lounge bar area at the central square new hypermarket in the mall's balloon Taranto, which opened July 6, 2008.
The project sought to recreate the atmosfere delle trattorie italiane degli anni 50, attraverso l'uso di cromatismi chiari, di tavoli e sedie bianche e di sistemi illuminanti in tessuto.
Il lounge bar invece ha un aspetto più contemporaneo anche attraverso l'uso di pannellature in cristallo satinato argento e un lungo banco bar rivestito in legno color cognac.
